It’s Tuesday! A good day to make life taste better! ย And that means that sometimes things just need to be easy, simple, uncomplicated. With just 2 ingredients.
I usually give you guys a page full of dialogue, but sometimes I think just sharing dessert is enough.

Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Rolo Candies
  • 20 Ritz Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place half of the Ritz crackers on a baking sheet face side down, and top each one with a Rolo candy.
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes, until chocolate is soft and not melted.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately top with remaining crackers, and press down to create a sandwich.
  • Cool completely.

    Oh yum! I think I might have to dip these in melted chocolate and add red & green sprinkles for a Christmas cookie!

    How about making with a mini Peanut butter cup instead of the Rolo as a different alternative….dont get me wrong the Rolo sounds great too….gonna try both ways

    OK, I have to ask. Since you are not actually baking anything, you are merely melting the chocolate why not do this in the microwave? Quicker and doen’t heat up the kitchen
