Cracker Barrel’s famous Double Fudge Coca Cola Cake Copycat

Cracker-Barrel-Double-Fudge-Coca-Cola-Cake Seriously you guys. This is exactly like Cracker Barrel’s Double Fudge Coca Cola Cake. Yes? It is so rich , moist and chocolaty, with just a hint of Coke flavor,  served with vanilla ice cream and NOW baked right in your own kitchen.

Cracker-Barrel-Double-Fudge-Coca-Cola-Cake Remember Coca-Cola Slogan “Things Go Better with Coke” ?
This just seems obvious to me, you guys. When life gives you Coke, you make Double Fudge Coca Cola Cake. I must say though, photographing these was quite a traumatic experience for me. After the sugar bomb episode the other day, I decided it was time to put my foot down. The sugar addiction must stop. I was going to try to stop eating sugar for one week. Just one, short, little week. Shouldn’t be too hard, I thought.
Oh, how wrong I was.
Photo after photo it leaves you craving for a bite, just one, small, tiny bite. Bite after bite, it leaves you craving for more.
It is torture.
Everything is in slow motion. It seems like the whole world is stopping too giving you all the time you need to take a bite and enjoy it.
Oh and I took a bite of the cake….not just one….
