Equipment

  • Glass 9X13-inch Pan

Ingredients

  • 48 RITZ Crackers
  • 8 thin slices deli-style Black Forest ham (5 oz) each cut into 3 pieces
  • 16 thin slices Swiss cheese each cut into 3 pieces
  • 4 tbsp. butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Arrange crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet flat side down. Place a lightly folded slice of cheese on each RITZ Cracker.
  • Lay a lightly folded slice of ham on top of the cheese. Top with another lightly folded slice of cheese.
  • Finish each mini sandwich with another RITZ Cracker, rounded side up.
  • Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the mini sandwiches.
  • Sprinkle the poppy seeds and the dried onion flakes evenly over the top.
