Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare a 8-inch baking dish by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and Ranch Dressing Mix in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until combined.
Reserve 1 cup, and pour the rest of the sauce in the mixing bowl. Add the shredded chicken and green onions, mix well to combine.
Roll out and separate the crescent rolls. In each triangle, place 1-2 tablespoons of the creamy chicken mix, and roll it up in the crescent roll.
Once you have all rolled up, pour the reserved sauce into the bottom of the baking dish. Place chicken rolls along the bottom of a sauce greased dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
