Lemonade Krispie Treats with Strawberries

  • Crust
  • 2 cup Rice Krispies
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅔ cup butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (6 fluid oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, keep frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries, cut into small chunks
  • Topping
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  1. For the Crust:
  2. Mix Rice Krispies and powdered sugar together until well blended.
  3. Add melted butter and stir until mixture is crumbly and sticks together.
  4. Press into the bottom of an a pie plate or 8x8 baking dish.
  5. For the Filling: Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemonade, whisk together. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Pour the mixture over the Rice Krispie crust together with strawberry chunks. Spread evenly.
  7. For the topping: Stir together butter, sugar and Rice Krispies until well combined. Sprinkle over the top of the lemonade layer.
  8. Freeze overnight (or at least 9-10 hours).
  9. When ready to serve, take from the freezer, let sit on the counter for 3-5 minutes or until you can cut treat. Serve immediately.
  10. Store any leftovers in freezer immediately.
