Baked Chicken Avocado Chimichangas

- 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
- ½ cup refried beans
- 1 cup guacamole
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- cooking spray
- optional: additional guacamole, salsa
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface and spread with butter.
- In the middle of tortillas put a spoonful of mashed beans, then guacamole, shredded chicken and grated cheese.
- Wrap the tortillas into burrito.
- Lay chimichangas down in a sprayed baking dish.
- You can adjust spiciness of the stuffing to your taste - it is safer that way.
- Bake for 15-20 min in preheated oven (350F) until the chimichangas are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with additional shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole and salsa if desired.
