Are you ready to become a brownie baker extraordinaire? The recipe is simple but sometimes the best things in life are.
In only 30 minutes you will have the perfectly moist chocolate cake that will melt in your mouth.

I got this Lunch Lady Brownie recipe from my relatives, apparently they were originally from a lunch lady in Idaho and received rave reviews to be the best brownies ever,  so naturally I decided to prepare it for my household members. They were a huge hit, my household members gobbled it up and even went back for more,  even my mother who is very picky.

But really, a chocolate brownie topped with chocolate icing….how could that not be amazing?
I will repeat this recipe this weekend already and once again sweep my household members off their feet.

They look so good. If I wasn’t sick right now killing time browsing recipes (which is what I did during my WHOLE break by the way) I would totally go and make them. But maybe tomorrow…

These are sooo good! Very rich, fudgy, and chocolaty! Next time I make these, I’m going to try them with a ganache topping…just to see if it works, but the frosting recipe as written is super good and compliments the brownies nicely!

These brownies are the best I’ve ever made, and I’ve made all kinds. My husband was practically drooling over them.
They are easy to prepare and are the perfect combination of fudge-like and cake-like. Also, the frosting is divine.
The cup of pecans I added sent this recipe to the brownie Hall of Fame.
Thanks so much for the recipe.
