What do Shredded chicken breasts , healthy broccoli florets, uncooked white rice, creamy melted cheddar and fragrant garlic have in common?
Well, don’t think twice, stir them up and in about 30 minutes  you will enjoy the best ever ONE-POT meal.
Do you ever have a moment (or perhaps many moments) when a dish comes along and stuns you and makes you rethink the way you cook. This miracle throw-everything-in-a-pot dish has done that for me. You literally throw in all the ingredients for this dish – including the uncooked rice and broccoli.
Easy and delicious. And the best part? There’s only one dish to clean up!

This looks good, but the recipe says to stir in a half cup of cheese at the end. What do you do with the other 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese? would love to try this

      Hi Dawn,
I have omitted the entire line of text, recipe is now corrected.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, place cover back on the pan and let it sit for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Thanks for noticing that and please excuse me.
      I hope you’ll like it:)
